Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 working days across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is applicable on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Order Cancellation
- SKURTA reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, out-of-stock products, or unforeseen issues.
- If your order is cancelled, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
