7-Day Return Window
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for unused, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging intact.
Refund & Replacement Process
- Refund or replacement eligibility is determined after a quality verification of the returned product.
- Our team will inspect the item and process a refund or send a replacement based on the issue reported.
- If the product does not qualify for a return (e.g., damaged, used, washed), it will be sent back to the customer without refund.
Return Method
Customers are required to send the product back to our office using India Post (Registered Post) only. Please ensure proper packaging and tracking details.
Return Charges
- We will refund return courier charges once we receive the product.
- The maximum refundable amount for return courier is ₹100.
- Send us the postal receipt by email for processing the refund.
Return Not Accepted in Some Cases
- We do not accept returns for clothes that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer.
- Return requests after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
