3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on the location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or public holidays.

4. Payment Options

We accept secure online payments via UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders with a small handling fee if applicable.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.
Customers must use India Post (Registered Post) to return products. Return courier charges up to ₹100 will be refunded.
